By-the-hour phone sessions provide quick help on specific issues in the context of our established relationship. We also offer peer-group coaching and mentoring via local and/or Zoom group sessions. Meet Our President
Curtis V. Hail, Founder & Principal Consultant
Curtis Hail serves as founder and Principal Consultant. His career spans fifty years of senior leadership as tax and managing partner of a regional CPA firm and then as President & CEO of a global missions and media organization. He graduated from the #1 nationally ranked accounting program at the University of Texas at Austin, Dallas Theological Seminary systematic theology & missions, and post-graduate research in World Christian Studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
His passion centers on equipping and empowering leaders committed to transforming lives, families and communities. Under his leadership from 1989 to 2017, e3 grew from three staff to over four hundred staff and associates. Having seen in that time over twelve million personal gospel presentations, five million professions of faith, one million leaders trained, two hundred twenty thousand new church plants and countless transformed communities. I Am Second, the media ministry, had seen in ten short years over 105 million film and media content views and over 2.5 billion media impressions in over 200 countries since launching December 2, 2008 in its quest to transform lives and restore a culture of hope.
Curtis serves young emerging global leaders, as well as seasoned leaders. Curtis coaches leaders on leadership and organizational effectiveness, reflected in "Learn More" below. Curtis and his wife, Amy, married in 1974, now reside in Dallas, Texas. They have three adult children and seven grandchildren.

Service: Our Multi-generational Passion
My wife since 1974 dedicated her career to serving special education children and their families as high school teacher and department chair over twenty-two years. She also co-led and served on many of our mission trips around the world.
Our older daughter has followed her mother as a career master educator of immigrant and speical needs children and their families. Now her older daughter seen with us on her first mission trip, age seven, is a gifted teacher.
Our younger daughter is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and specialist in women's pelvic health served 14 years in our local community hospital and now brings her advanced expertise to the BS&W Heart Hospitals network.
Our son, a retired U.S. Army Major, is a West Point graduate (2008), and decorated combat leader from deployments in Afghanistan and South Korea DMZ. He is founded a land, water, and habitat conservation firm using natives and sustainable practices to advance creation care and human flourshing.
